Included within the warranty:

  • Initial advice pertaining to the claim.
  • Eviction in accordance with Section 8 or 21 of the Housing Act or Sections 18 or 33 of the Housing Scotland Act 1988.
  • The instruction of a firm of solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to prepare, draft and submit a possession claim.
