Credit Check
An intelligent interrogation of the credit data held about your applicant. Including details of any; County Court Judgments, Bankruptcy orders and other Insolvency actions, cross application checks. We will assess the information and provide you with a credit score for that applicant indicating a very simple pass or fail conclusion. If you apply for this service online, the report is returned within seconds.
Full Reference
In addition to the credit check we will also obtain such references as are necessary to ensure that your applicant has the means to pay their rent. This may be from an employer (past, present and future, if appropriate), from a pension provider or from an accountant. We ensure that we speak to the right people to make the correct assessment. If your applicant is currently a tenant we will also obtain a reference from their current landlord or from the agent managing that property.

In addition to our referencing services we also offer a range of rent guarantee products which help to secure monthly rents.
Elite Rapid
Elite Rapid is a six month rent guarantee product with an excess equivalent to one month's rent. We cover monthly rents up to £2,500. We cover any default that occurs in the first six months of the tenancy. The Elite rapid is based on a credit check being completed.
Elite 6
Elite 6 is a six month rent guarantee product with an excess equivalent to one month's rent. We cover monthly rents up to £2,500. We cover any default that occurs in the first six months of the tenancy. The Elite 6 is based on a full reference being completed.
Elite 12
Elite 12 is a twelve month rent guarantee product with an excess equivalent to one month's rent. We cover monthly rents up to £2,500. We cover any default that occurs in the first twelve months of the tenancy. The Elite 12 is based on a full reference being completed.
Elite 6 Gold
Elite 6 Gold is a six month rent guarantee product with no excess to pay! We cover monthly rents up to £2,500. We cover any default that occurs in the first six months of the tenancy. The Elite 6 Gold is based on a full reference being completed.
Elite 12 Gold
Elite 12 Gold is a twelve month rent guarantee product with no excess to pay! We cover monthly rents up to £2,500. We cover any default that occurs in the first twelve months of the tenancy. The Elite 12 Gold is based on a full reference being completed.
