C.A.R.L. is a highly acclaimed residential lettings and property management software package, introduced to
the market in 1997.
The system was designed by Mark Quigley during his career as a lettings manager. He joined forces with programmer, and company
partner, Peter Briggs to develop a software package that streamlined the entire residential lettings and management process.
The project was developed for a particular lettings agency. However, after attracting attention and interest, C.A.R.L. quickly
established itself as a leader in its field.
