This policy also includes:

• Automatic Accidental Damage to television, satellite decoders, audio and video equipment
• Freezer food spoilage up to £250
• Up to 10% of the contents sum insured for alternative accommodation and 12 months' rent
• Up to £250 for replacing locks to safes and outside doors to home

Optional extra cover available

• Wider Accidental Damage to contents
• Protection for valuables and personal possessions away from the home
• Pedal cycle cover up to £500
• Protection for money and credit cards away from the home upto £250
• Cover for mobile phones and laptop computer equipment if specified

The MARAS Tenants Contents policy also covers:

• Fixtures and fittings
• Radio, television aerials and satellite dishes
• Deeds and personal documents up to £500
• Jewellery and other valuables upto £1,000 or 10% of the sum insured (whichever is less)
• Domestic oil in fixed oil tanks up to £500
• Public Liability up to £2,000,000
• Tenants Liability up to 10% of the contents sum insured
